The Moroccan airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM) launched its new airline to China on Thursday, which connects Casablanca to Beijing via three weekly flights.
A large delegation of high-ranking Moroccan officials, including Hamid Addou, CEO of Royal Air Maroc, and Adel Al Fakir, head of the National Tourist Office (ONMT) in Morocco, flew to Beijing to open the new route to Yabiladi.
Thanks to this new route, the national company will connect Morocco to China for the first time in less than 13 hours via direct flights of the Boeing B787-9 Dreamlineres with a capacity of 302 seats, including 26 in business class.
«Flights from Casablanca are offered every Monday, Thursday and Saturday at 5:00 p.m. (Local time) and will arrive in Beijing at 11:55 a.m. local time (d + 1). Flights from Beijing are offered on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 1:55 p.m. and arrive in Casablanca at 7:55 p.m., »the same press release said.
Royal Air Maroc connects Morocco directly to four other countries on the Asian continent, namely Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Qatar and Jordan.
