Dynasty Warriors and One Piece fans who look forward to the overwhelming action of One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 not only fight against rival pirates and military warriors. Bandai Namco has confirmed that the game should have online co-op this year. The latest edition of Weekly Jump describes the four different online co-op modes players can expect.
The first online co-op mode in One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 is Giant Boss Battle. In this mode, you and your friends will work together to fight attacks by giant bosses from the main campaign, such as the intimidating villain Kaido. There is also Total Bounty Battle, where you work with your friends to try to keep your pirate bounty as high as possible.
In addition, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 has some team-oriented online modes that mean more multiplayer chaos than a pure co-op game. In timed defense, you and another team each have your own pitch on the map, and it’s up to you to defend your locations at all costs. Finally, in Turf War, three teams, each with four players, compete to conquer each other’s territory.
One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 will be released on March 26 in Japan and March 27 in the rest of the world.
